Yoga Monkeys, yoga for kids offers after-school yoga enrichment program for Challenger School (SLC Campus).
Tuesday's 3:45 - 4:15 pm (Current session full)

Our fun summer programs will calm and balance children, as they learn yoga poses that will help them with stress relief, balance, focus, concentration, handling emotions, body awareness, and improved self-esteem.

Kids Yoga in the Community:
Free Community Class: July 15th at REI Pajama Yoga Night (ages 3-8yrs)
This community class will take place at REI in the Olympus area.
This 30 minute class will include gentle and relaxing yoga poses to calm and quiet your child before bed. We will read a bed-time story. Kids can bring their favorite stuffed animal and a blanket. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well. Sweet dreams to follow......
You must RSVP to Melissa Hallenbeck at yogamonkeys@yahoo.com or 541.0090, to reserve your spot. Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Now Offering Kids Yoga Birthday Parties!
Yoga Monkeys birthday parties are so much fun and appropriate for kids and teens of all ages. Our parties include a themed yoga class with fun, music, props, games, stories, breath-work, creative poses, and a final relaxation. We also include a special gift for the birthday child, and a take-home activity for each party guest.
